The Hands4Hope Youth Center and Admin Office spaces in The Village complex at Francisco Drive and Green Valley Road have served us extremely well for more than 7 years, but our lease is up and it’s time for new digs to better serve our growing youth programs and staff. We are looking to make our move this fall and are searching for approximately 2,000 – 3,000 SF of space for weekday administrative functions and weeknight and weekend outreach prep and youth board and project committee meetings.
Our perfect space would have at least 2 private offices; a conference room; restroom; a breakroom with a full-size refrigerator and abundant storage for outreach supplies and meeting snacks; a large open area for our Youth Board (20 youth), Youth Leadership League (32 youth), Parent, Advisory Council, and organization Board of Directors meetings, outreach and project prep, storage and sorting of items collected during our various drives; more storage closets or room for storage cabinets for ongoing outreaches and club supplies; and a well-lit parking lot able to accommodate 15 to 20 cars. Ideally, we are looking to stay in El Dorado Hills but will consider opportunities from Folsom to Cameron Park.
