Hands4Hope teens wrap birthday parties up in a box

Jena and Grace Brasil volunteer with Hands4Hope, a nonprofit in El Dorado County, and celebrate children’s birthdays every month at White Rock Village, an affordable housing apartment complex. When the shelter in place was issued in California, the program was cancelled but they wanted to continue to offer something for the kids and came up with the idea of donating party boxes for families to be able to celebrate their kid’s birthdays.
