The auction closes during the Endless Summer Beach Party on September 28 at 8:00 pm. Attendees at the event can take home their winning items at the time of the auction's close (or earlier if you choose a "buy it now" option), and those who are not attending the event can make arrangements to pick up items the following week from the Hands4Hope El Dorado Hills Youth Center.
helpful hints and how to's
Make an account.
To place a bid, you will be asked to create a login using an email address and password. Verify your email address, and you’re good to bid. Scroll through all the offerings and place your bids. Once the bid is submitted, you will get email and/or text updates so you don’t miss out on your favorite item! We recommend making an account in advance of the event. It only takes a minute, but it's easier to do ahead of time.
All you need to set up your account is a name, valid email address (which you will need to verify by clicking a link from your email account), and optionally a phone number.
Use any device to browse and bid.
You can use your mobile device or computer to view and bid on items. Just enter the auction link (www.32auctions.com/ESBP2024) in any browser (there isn’t an app). Once you have an account, you can lock in your bids on your favorite items, and you can even choose to receive text or email notifications if you are outbid.

Will you be so sad if you miss out on an item? You're in luck -- you can choose "buy it now" and it is YOURS! Remember that anything you bid over retail value is considered a personal donation to Hands4Hope! Check with your tax professional for details.

Did you win?!? Hooray! We encourage you to NOT pay through the 32auctions site to help us save on fees.
If you are attending Endless Summer Beach Party, you can use a credit card at the check-out desk, or for your entire purchase/donation to go to Hands4Hope, bring your checkbook!
If you are not attending Endless Summer Beach Party, we can assist with credit card payment over the phone starting Monday, September 30, or you can bring a check when you pick up your item(s).
Proxy bidding: stay at the top!
For the savvy bidder, there is a “proxy” bid you can put in place that will identify the maximum you want to pay for an item, but will only show the minimum bid to all viewers. If another person bids on that item, your bid will automatically increase up to the max you identified!
