Hands4Hope partners with local nonprofits and philanthropies through regular and annual Outreach Program Opportunities, youth-led on-campus Hands4Hope Club service-learning projects, and after-school Hands4Hope Committee service-learning projects. Through these experiences, youth participants learn skills for school, career, and life while benefiting others through Hands4Hope partner agencies.
This is a list of organizations that have benefited from projects in the past or are current beneficiaries. Our focus is on humans and animals in need in Sacramento and El Dorado Counties.

New Partner Application
If you have a suggestion of an organization that would benefit from a future youth-led project or a volunteer opportunity, please introduce us.
As a youth-led organization, the Hands4Hope Youth Board and/or a Hands4Hope Club will review your request and make a decision about a potential match. Organizations we select as partners are willing to offer reciprocal and ongoing support for Hands4Hope’s service-learning framework, such as being willing to speak to on-campus Hands4Hope Clubs about their area of service and their work.
