Status:
- Committee Formed
The Hands4Hope Winter Boutique Committee plans and hosts mutli-day opportunities for low-income families in our community to receive warm clothing, new underclothing, and handmade blankets to provide comfort and warmth during cool weather. The Winter Boutique is the pop-up “shop” where families select what they need, from clothes donated during Hands4Hope Warm and Fuzzy Drives. Families also receive a blanket that we make during Hands4Hope’s Blanket Making event.
The Winter Boutique Committee is led by and comprised of youth in grades 6-12, with the support of Adult Mentor volunteers and Hands4Hope staff. This committee is a short term commitment from late September through mid-December. Committee participants meet to plan Winter Boutique. They will be involved with coming up with a theme, marketing, decorating, set up, break down, as well as hosting the events, which usually occur the first two weekends of December.
The 2026 Winter Boutique will be generously hosted by Foothills Church.
